Plants in the wood of the Lech valley near Forchach (Austria)
Biotop

The woods on the ground of the Lech valley in Austria are standing on brash which the Lech has washed out of the Northern Limestone Alps, containing a rich flora including several orchids. In fresher areas pines and spruces are mixed, and if there are areas without bushes in between you can find many different flowers in these meadow-like biotopes.
