litorale: | from the coast resp. from the waterside | ||
arvense: | growing in fields | ||
fluviatile: | growing in or at the river | ||
The plant on the two last photos from the Botanical Garden of Uppsala was indicated as Equisetum arvense x Equisetum limosum, and Equisetum limosum is a synonyme of Equisetum fluviatile. But for me the plant looks rather as if Equisetum palustre would be one of the parents. | ||
