Euphorbia mysinites wächst im Mittelmeergebiet. In Mitteleuropa wird die Pflanze als Zierpflanze kultiviert, z.B. in Steingärten. Sie kann sich durch Samen vermehren und verwildern. In Mitteleuropa stellt dies kein Problem dar, doch in Teilen der USA gilt sie als invasives Unkraut und wird bekämpft, ihre Kultivierung ist dort verboten.

Euphorbia myrsinites grows in the Mediterranean. In Central Europe, the plant is cultivated as an ornamental plant, e.g. in rock gardens. It can reproduce and grow wild through seeds. In Central Europe this is not a problem, but in parts of the United States it is considered an invasive weed and is being combated, its cultivation is prohibited there.
