From the Hypericum desetangsii group BOMBLE separated Hypericum patzkei in 2019. From the wide spread Hypericum perforatum it differs by acute-angled side branches, leaves with only few oil glands, buds with striate dark oil glands, relative narrow bracts, and an entire or only weakly denticulate tip of the petals. Hypericum patzkei is currently known from Aachen and neighbouring part of Belgium. | ||
