The Water Checkweed Stellaria aquatica (formerly Myosoton aquaticum) and the very similar looking Wood Stitchwort Stellaria nemorum can be distinguished by the number of styles in the flower: Stellaria aquatica has five, Stellaria nemorum only three styles. | ||
