Phleum alpinum and Phleum rhaeticum are rather similar, both have a rather short inflorescence, which at least at Phleum alpinum can also be very short and roundish. The main difference between both species is that at Phleum alpinum the awns are only scabrid, while those of Phleum rhaeticum are long ciliate. | ||
