Etymology: | |||
Rubus: | Roman name of Rubus species
moerlenbach: | from Moerlenbach (Odenwald)
ENNO SCHUBERT found this bramble in his botanical mapping region, the Weschnitz valley in the West of the Odenwald, several times.
According to its occurrence around Moerlenbach he named it with a provisional working name.
Most probably it is only a regional clan which doesn't occur in a region which is big enough to become described officially as species.
