Dandelions (Taraxacum) with their thousands of, often apomictic, clans are a very difficult genus, and not yet completely reseached, so that there are still many not yet described clans.
This Dandelion from the Taraxacum sect. Erythrosperma is widespread in northern Baden, e.g. in the region around and north of Karlsruhe, but has not yet been described as a species.
It is similar to Taraxacum disseminatum, which occurs in northern and eastern Germany, but differs so much that specialists are going to describe it as a new species.
As soon as this description will be available, it will be referred to by its correct name here.
