In der Mitte des Blütenstandes sind nur die gebogenen Narben, aber kein Pollen zu sehen. Die Vermehrung der Art erfolgt apomiktisch.
Die Früchte von Taraxacum proximum sind dunkelbraun.
Am Anfang der Blütezeit haben die Blätter oft einen breiten Endlappen (siehe z.B. Fig. 8 und 17), und die Blüten
einen stark violett überlaufenen Kelch (z.B. Fig. 10 und 16), beides verliert sich meist im Lauf der Blütezeit.
In the middle of the inflorescence only the curved stigmas can be seen, but no pollen. The species reproduces apomictically.
The fruits of Taraxacum proximum are dark brown.
At the beginning of the flowering period, the leaves often have a wide terminal lobe (see e.g. Fig. 8 and 17)
and the inflorescences a calyx strongly tinged with purple (e.g. Fig. 10 und 16), both of which disappears usually over the course of the flowering period.
