Tilia x europaea is the hybrid between the Small-Leaved Lime Tilia cordata and the Broad-Leaved Lime Tilia platyphyllos. In most of the attributes it is intermediar. From the parents it can be distinguished by the hair tufts in the axels of the leaf nerves, and the size of up to 8 mm of the hairy seed capsules. | ||
