Dieser Krokus, der nach dem Berg 'Welucho' im Timfristos-Massiv im südlichen Pindhos benannt ist, kommt auf vielen höheren Bergen der Balkan-Halbinsel vor. Die Art soll hybridogen aus Crocus vernus subsp. albiflorus und Crocus heuffelianus entstanden sein. This Crocus with the name according to the mountain 'Welucho' in the Timfristos mountain range in the Southern Pindhos is available on many higher mountains of the Balkans peninsula. The species is assumed to be of hybridogenous origin between Crocus vernus subsp. albiflorus and Crocus heuffelianus. | ||
