Dianthus sylvestris subsp. godronianus besitzt vier Außenkelchblätter, von denen mindestens der Zahn der beiden äußeren länger als 1 mm ist. Diese Zähne können, müssen aber nicht, abstehend sein. Die Unterart wird in der Literatur aus Südfrankreich angegeben, ich habe entsprechende Pflanzen aber auch in Südtirol gefunden.

Dianthus sylvestris subsp. godronianus has four outer sepals, of which at least the tooth of the two outer ones is longer than 1 mm. These teeth can, but do not have to, stand out. In literature the subspecies is mentioned for Southern France, but I found corresponding plants in Southern Tyrol, too.
