The plant of the Toothed Corn Salad Valerianella dentata is bigger and later in flower than that of Corn Salad Valerianella locusta. On fruiting plants, one calyx tooth is significantly larger than the others. This is also the case with Valerianella rimosa, but its fruits have three chambers and are therefore wider. |
